Processing
Time
We attempt to process all
orders within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Shipping inside the United States can be
expected to take 3-5 working days. For orders
on fine art prints, allow 3 weeks for order to
be completed and processed.
Payment
Acceptance
We accept the following for
payment: MC ( Master Card), Visa and Postal
Money Orders. All payments must be made in US
funds.
Normal Shipping
We ship all orders via UPS
(United Parcel Service). We ship via UPS 3 Day
Select delivery unless an upgrade option is
requested by the customer. In the event
that shipping is upgraded at customer request,
James Arlien Photography will quote and charge
the additional amounts.

Shipping Outside The United
States
For orders outside the United
States, it will be necessary to quote the
shipping charges on a individual basis.
For a specific quote please e-mail us

the items and location that you wish the order
shipped.
Shipping Photographic
Prints
We will ship unframed prints
anywhere on the globe. Delivery of framed
prints is limited to the continuous 48 states
of North America. Shipping is via
UPS. A physical address is required. No
post office boxes please. Again, we will
need to quote shipping charges for those
locations outside of the United
States.
Damage Claims and
Returns
In the event that your shipment
should be damaged in shipping, please e-mail
to
sales@catchlightpro.com or call
us at 719-520-5475. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN
merchandise unless you have talked or
corresponded to a customer service
representative first.
